Due to Covid-19 we’ve had a bit of a late start to our usual “spring market rush”, but things are really picking up fast right now. The same large pool of buyers is still here, waiting for your new listing to hit the market. We have had record low inventory for 3-4 years now, and every year new buyers enter the ring so it is still a seller’s market and prices are staying strong, at least for now.
